How to became a member

• fill in the membership application form below
• await confirmation of receipt of application, membership is subject to approval by the Club
  
• together with the completed form, pay the membership fee to the account of the Kynologický spolek sportu Dog Puller z.s. (hereinafter referred to as the Society), payment instructions can be found directly in the form
  
• membership fees per calendar year are 350 CZK for a member under 18 years and 500 CZK for a member over 18 years
• new members are obliged to pay membership fee, registration fee, issuance of performance booklet for the dog
  

Membership benefits

• opportunity to participate in the development of Dog Puller sport in the Czech Republic
  
• lower starting fee at official events of the Club
  
• up to 15% discount on Puller and 10% discount on other wholesale products from our partner - Rebel Dog
  
• possibility to participate in the World Championship
  
• possibility to organize official races of the Club
  
• support in organising competitions

Member's rights and obligations

• right to attend membership meetings of the Club
  
• right to vote, elect and be elected to the elective bodies of the Club
  
• right to participate in events organised by the Club
  
• obligation to respect and comply with the Statutes of the Club, relevant regulations and resolutions of the committee
  
• obligation to notify the Club Committee of any changes related to membership in the Club

Price list of the Club

Price list is valid from January 1st 2023

Annual membership fee consists of the following parts (for new members'):

• membership fee
• enrolment fee
• performance booklet (for each dog)

Annual membership fee for existing members consists of the membership fee only.

In case of termination of membership during the year, the membership fee is not refundable.

Membership expires if the fees are not paid by December 31st of the previous year.

Membership shall always be valid from January 1st of the year until December 31st of the same year, unless terminated for any other reason.

I hereby apply for membership in the Kynologický spolek sportu Dog Puller z.s. (hereinafter referred to as the " Club ") and undertake to abide by the rules and guidelines issued by the Club. I agree to keep my personal data (name, surname, date of birth, address, telephone, etc.) in the database. I agree to the use of this data as a basis for the Club's activities and to its publication in connection with the Club's activities, including publication on the Club's website. I also agree to their transmission to the processor, to the organizers of national and international competitions, and I agree to the publication of my personal data and sporting performance or position (referee, chairman, etc.). *

If you are under 18 years of age at the time of enrolment, please provide here the name and date of birth of your legal guardian who hereby agrees to your joining the Club.

I have been informed of the terms and conditions of membership in the Club, which have been communicated to me personally and are published (downloadable) at www.dogpuller.cz. I will comply with the obligations and enjoy the rights of a member of the Club, which are set out in the internal rules of the Club, which are published on the website. I agree with taking photo documentation, video recordings of events organized by the Society and their publication on the website, FB and Instagram profile of the Club. I agree that my personal data will be kept in the Club's database. I agree to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of registration according to the GDPR regulations.
