Shuttle Run

A little faster running, during which even the owner will run. The goal of the competition is for the team (human and dog) to bring three pullers placed at different distances from the starting line back to the starting line as quickly as possible. The team always consists of 1 handler and 1 dog.

Rules:

  • The winner is the team that completes the task the fastest. In the case of the same time, the cleanliness of the execution of bringing the pullers is taken into account.
  • If a team fails to bring the puller across the starting line, they must go back and try to bring the puller again.
  • Pullers must always be handed in behind the starting line, otherwise they are not recognized.
  • Human and dog must work together to bring the puller together.
  • Each puller must be placed on the line exactly at a distance of 10, 20 and 30 meters from the start.
  • The race ends when both team members (human and dog) cross the starting line with the third puller. The timer stops when both team members cross the starting line.
  • Third puller - After returning to the starting line, the team runs for the third puller (30 m) and everything goes the same way.
  • Second puller - After returning to the starting line, the team runs for the second puller (20 m), the dog takes it in the same way, the handler must again touch the line with his hand (20 m) and together they return to the starting line again, where the dog hands it to the same way (in the hand or on the ground)
  • First puller - the sports team runs together for the first puller (10 m), the dog takes the puller in its mouth and the handler must touch the line (10 m) on the ground, together they return to the starting line, where the dog hands the puller over to the handler or lets it go on the ground.
  • Start - sports team stands on the starting line. The timer starts when both team members cross the starting line.
  • - The third puller is located on the line at a distance of 30 meters from the start.
  • - The second puller is placed on the line at a distance of 20 meters from the start.
  • - The first puller is placed on the line at a distance of 10 meters from the start.
  • - The starting line is the base line from which distances are measured.
